As with many football fans I don’t like having to promote a sponsor when trying to wear my shirt with pride.
As with most Spurs fans I deplore having to wear a RED sponsor on the lilywhite shirt.
Whatsmore, not that it has anything to do with AI, our sponsors name looks (to folk unaware it’s an insurance company) that I’m in support of a fascist technology!
So with the help of my mum’s excellent sewing skills I now have a much better Spurs kit. A DIY one. Cutting the ‘SPURS’ part from the flags they give away on special days it just so happened to fit perfectly across the shirt and over the top of that horrible red logo.
Now I really can wear my shirt with pride. Here’s my little ode to that:
